Before this I was kept waiting for the customer to give me the “CONFIRM” words / answer to me. Then I can issue their booking.
Due is too tired to continue with this kind of customer (just ask for free), so I had become no more high expectation to the next customer who come to me.
Who knows, wakaka… Today, that is just now, a ladies with her daughter come to ask for tour to Malaysia. So as usual, first I sent to them my cheerful smile ^V^ then I start find the package which suit their needs & wants.
The rates I offer to them, she felt is expensive. Then I thought no more hope she will be my first client. Who knows again, she ask for others destination, and told me that she really want to travel.
Then I try to recommend to Taiwan, Hong Kong… But she said had been there before. Haiz… I was disappointed again.
My hope just like the sunrise slowly appears in front me. She suddenly asks for going to BALI. Ahaha… is a destination I can sell with confident. WHY??? WHY??? WHY??? Not because I been there before. It is because I stay there before. So in this case, is easy for me to sell and to convince the customer something.
I issue the invoice, receipt, and air ticket just now. I’m happy with the process. There is also an emergency case happen when I finalize the quotation. The airfare is not correct with the Abacus system and our sales kit. OMG… WT@#$. I mention first ya, it is not my fault. Is our product planner didn’t inform us the system fare is different with our sales kit. But actually according with our contract rates the airfare I quote is correct.
Haiz… lucky is correct. If not, the customer need to top up for another SGD 100. She might get angry and cancel the booking. Singaporean always is the most hot temper client in the world (so far in my opinion).
Some more my first client is quite good looking and her daughter is pretty too. She is the best client I met these days. It is because others look like very “haolian” + “lansi” thought that they very rich. Shit them… But she is different, she told me she really got budget and really want to go travel. So my heart was go to their dream, and try my best create a reasonable journey for them.
End up, she happy ; I happy. WIN WIN
God bless me… please let my first deal run smoothly without any cancelation, amendment, refund, top up, complaint and bla bla bla will make client feel in-convenient / angry. Thank you in advance ya *v*
